Welcome to AZN Logistics LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (aznlogistic.com) and our remote auto transport dispatch and car hauling brokerage services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
AZN Logistics LLC operates as an independent remote auto transport dispatch service provider and freight broker. We connect independent motor carriers with shippers, brokers, and vehicle owners looking for auto transport services across the United States. We do not own trucks or operate as a direct motor carrier.
2. User Obligations & Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes, booking orders, or providing vehicle details. AZN Logistics LLC is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or extra fees resulting from incorrect vehicle weights, dimensions, or pickup/delivery locations provided by the user.
3. Dispatch & Brokerage Operations
Remote Dispatching: We assist carriers in finding, negotiating, and booking loads. All contract agreements for transport are strictly between the Carrier and the Shipper/Broker.Cancellations: If you need to cancel a dispatched load, you must notify us immediately. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the carrier’s terms and how close the scheduled pickup date is.
4. Limitation of Liability
AZN Logistics LLC acts solely as an intermediary dispatch service. We are not liable for any physical damage to vehicles during transit, mechanical failures, weather delays, or legal disputes between carriers and shippers. All transport cargo damage claims must be filed directly with the active motor carrier’s cargo insurance.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes must be filed within the jurisdiction of our registered business location in New Jersey.
6. SMS/Messaging Terms
AZN Logistics LLC
1. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to dispatch updates, pickup/delivery coordination, and shipment status notifications from AZN Logistics LLC.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send “STOP”, we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again through our website.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
